Marine spare parts logistics is not standard freight. Parts must arrive before the vessel departs, before a repair window closes, or before the port stay ends. A delay of a few hours can mean extended port stay costs, a delayed departure or a vessel held off schedule.

GAND Enterprise OÜ organizes ship spare parts delivery across Estonia, the Baltic region and Europe. We coordinate pickup from manufacturers, local distributors, bonded customs warehouses and international freight terminals — and deliver to port terminals, quaysides or directly to the vessel.

We are not a spare parts seller or manufacturer. We organize the delivery — handling the logistics chain from the source to the vessel, including customs documentation when needed.

Why Not Use Standard Couriers?

Standard parcel couriers do not handle port access requirements, vessel schedules or customs T1 transit procedures. They deliver to addresses — not to vessels at berth, not through customs-controlled port terminals, and not within the narrow time windows of a port call.

We coordinate directly with ship agents, confirm vessel ETA, handle port access and communicate in English, Estonian and Russian — so nothing is left to chance when the clock is running.
